Claire joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 2002.

She focuses on competition law, European law and the regulation of network industries (postal services, transport, energy, electronic communications).

In competition law, she has varied experience in both advisory and litigation, at national and European level, in the field of anti-competitive practices and merger control.

She has also developed particular expertise in competition and European law issues related to the public sector and the conditions of intervention on the market of former national monopolies (cartels, abuse of dominant position, public aid, devolution of public service missions and exclusive rights) as well as in State aid matters (advice, litigation at national and European level, assistance with notification procedures to the European Commission).

Claire is also involved in institutional actions before national public authorities or the European Commission, relating to competition issues or substantive European law (national measures transposing directives, infringements of the freedoms guaranteed by the Treaty).
