Francois de Gabrielli is a lawyer in the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Department of CMS Francis Lefebvre. A lawyer for over twenty years, he joined the firm in 1995.

François advises listed and unlisted companies as well as insurance companies and insurance mutuals.
