Grégory is a well-known expert in securitisation and covered bonds. As such, he advises financial institutions and their clients on the setting-up and implementation of securitisation programs. Thanks to his experience, he is acquainted with a broad range of assets such as trade receivables, MBS, public receivables, tangible assets, etc. As a key player, he has been involved in the setting-up of most of the French covered bond vehicles and in notable developments in this field over the last years.

He is the global coordinator of the "CMS Securitisation & Covered Bonds group".

Grégory also benefits from an extensive expertise in financing of complex receivables (factoring, tax receivables, complex commercial agreements, etc.) and in structured finance (acquisition finance, corporate finance, real estate finance, asset finance).

His legal expertise and his capacity to find innovative solutions are praised by his peers and clients as helping to achieve successful outcomes in transactions. He shares with his clients his experience of the most technical aspects (derecognition, prudential treatment) and his understanding of the operational issues of a transaction.
