Philippe Zoubritzky, a direct taxation specialist, is a lawyer at the Hauts-de-Seine bar and a partner at CMS Francis Lefebvre. For more than thirty years, he has been assisting a number of large listed French and foreign corporate groups in the distribution, media and industrial sectors with all aspects of their income tax and restructuring.

He mainly works in the following areas: fiscal integration, internal and international restructuring operations (mergers, partial asset contributions, demergers, etc.), cross taxation and accounting issues in determination of taxable income, assistance with tax inspections and during any related litigation, tax audits and intervention in acquisition or LBO operations and negotiation of tax rulings in an internal or international context (informed agreement procedure).

His particular expertise lies in providing personalised assistance to the Tax Directors of large listed companies in steering their day-to-day operations and managing their restructuring operations. Philippe joined CMS Francis Lefebvre in 1983.
