Xavier Cambier is an associate lawyer in the Employment Law department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Avocats. He advises clients in matters of both employment law and social security law.
Xavier advises large groups and small- and medium-sized companies, in industrial and service sectors, regarding the day-to-day management of their human resources and with regard to large-scale projects. In addition to providing advice on day-to-day matters (employment contracts, compensation, dismissal procedures, relations with staff representatives, administrative procedures associated with employment law or social security law, etc), he has a solid background in collective bargaining, working time, due diligence and company restructuring (transfer of undertakings and mass redundancies). He also advises his clients in social security and occupational illness disputes.
Xavier joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 2007.
