CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre co-opts five new Partners

CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre announces the appointment of five new partners: Stéphane Bouvier, Pierre Carcelero, Dimitar Hadjiveltchev, Johann Roc'h and Christophe Vézinhet.

This increases the number of firm partners to 107 out of a total of 400 lawyers.

Stéphane Bouvier (39 years old) joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 2003. He specialises in issues related to corporate restructuring and private equity taxation. He also monitors audits and tax litigation relative to direct taxes. Stéphane graduated from HEC in 2002 and also has a Master II degree in International Taxation (2002, Université Paris 2 Panthéon Assas).

Pierre Carcelero (38 years old) joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 2002. He focuses on the taxation of corporations and corporate groups, notably in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, audit procedures, and tax litigation, as well as personal tax issues. Pierre graduated with a Master II degree in Business Law/DJCE (corporate law) and a Magister Degree in Business Law (2000, Université de Montpellier).

Dimitar Hadjiveltchev (42 years old) joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 2001. He counsels corporate leaders, senior managers, and investors on issues related to international asset taxation. Dimitar graduated with a Master II degree in Business Law/DJCE (corporate law) (2000, Université de Strasbourg).

Johann Roc'h (41 years old) joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 2006. He works in the field of taxation for international mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, and real-estate investments. Johann graduated with a Master II degree in Business Law/DJCE (corporate law) (1998, Université de Rennes).

Christophe Vézinhet (40 years old) joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre in 2000. His main field of expertise is corporate and municipal taxation, as well as taxation relative to restructuring and development projects, and tax litigation. He also provides support in monitoring audits. Christophe graduated with a Master II degree in Business Law/DJCE (corporate law) (1999, Université de Cergy-Pontoise).
