Corporate Responsibility is about businesses bringing the outside world into their organisation as much as sharing their resources with their communities.

We take our commitment to CR very seriously and encourage all of our people to devote a minimum of 50 hours a year towards CR initiatives. The world is constantly changing which is one of the many reasons why we encourage our people to offer their skills, talent, expertise and personalities to the communities in which we operate and do business.

We engage our people with volunteering from day one. Part of their Induction Programme our Trainees spend half a day volunteering in local charities and the CR Induction to our New Joiners covers all the opportunities to be involved in volunteering.

With our monthly ‘CR Opportunities’ colleagues have the possibility to sign-up to regular and one-off activities.
