Continuing its unique training programme for bankers, CMS will be offering a series of three seminars that provide an overview of the most recent changes to standard financing documentation and to financial regulation. The series is tailored to bankers and in-house counsel that frequently deal with LMA documentation and with other standard agreements. The tailored seminar series aims to give a concise and practical overview of the key issues arising in finance transactions.

Participation is free of charge and we would be delighted if you could join us for all three Banking Masterclass seminars. However, if you are unable to attend all three, please let us know which of the seminars you would like to attend.

Beginning in January 2013, virtually all non-U.S. financial intermediaries and withholding agents that own or hold U.S. investments will be subject to the information reporting and disclosure requirements of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA). Ana Radnev will consider the steps organisations should be taking now, and outline the regulatory and local law challenges they may face as a result of FATCA coming into force.
