[External Location] CMS in Prague.

Past event
27 February 2013, 09:00 - 11:00 UTC +00:00

Continuing its unique training programme for bankers, CMS will be offering a series of three seminars that provide an overview of the most recent changes to standard financing documentation and to financial regulation. The series is tailored to bankers and in-house counsel that frequently deal with LMA documentation and with other standard agreements. The tailored seminar series aims to give a concise and practical overview of the key issues arising in finance transactions.

Participation is free of charge and we would be delighted if you could join us for all three Banking Masterclass seminars. However, if you are unable to attend all three, please let us know which of the seminars you would like to attend.

The last few years there have seen several important changes to LMA recommended documentation in the wake of the financial crisis. Ana Radnev will discuss the recent changes made to the standard LMA documentation, with a more in-depth look at how such changes are anticipated to impact leveraged finance transactions generally and more specifically the likely impact of such changes on the lender.
