Breakfast seminar: Regulatory update on key current issues

We continue our 2017 Edinburgh FS seminar programme with a regulatory update on key current issues which will include extending the Senior Managers Regime to all firms; leaving the EU and other topics.

The FCA’s announcement that it will extend SM&CR to all firms from Q2 2017 means that affected firms can start their planning with a clear deadline in mind. This seminar will review the key aspects of the new regime one year on – what it entails, what difference it makes, and how to get ready for it.

We shall also look at developments on Brexit and leaving the EU and other topics of relevance to financial services institutions.
