CMS Employment Webinar: Mental Health

Past event
12 June 2019, 13:15 - 14:00 UTC +01:00

We are delighted to invite you to register for our spring webinar series, covering two topical issues of workplace investigations and mental health.

Disciplinary and performance management procedures can be particularly challenging for an employer to navigate where an employee is experiencing or raises mental ill-health concerns. Whether the employee's condition is pre-existing, exacerbated or caused by the process, in most cases an employer's approach will have a significant impact on the eventual outcome as well as the future working relationship. In this webinar Richard Brown, CMS partner in employment law and Dr Lorenzo Grespi, consultant psychiatrist will consider various case study scenarios to highlight ways to address the often difficult and sensitive legal, psychological and practical issues which arise in this area.

This is one of our RiskResilience and Reputation series of events. Advising on current and future risk, building resilience in difficult situations and protecting reputation.

You can register for this and other CMS Employment Spring Webinars here.
