CMS Pensions Seminar (London)

This CMS Pensions breakfast seminar will focus on the latest legal and regulatory developments in this area including:

• Is the Pensions Regulator raising its game? We will look at recent governance initiatives that TPR has launched and what they mean for trustees and employers.
• Case law review and update – this year has seen some interesting cases that have practical implications for employers and trustees (including IBM, BA, Innospec). We’ll highlight the most interesting cases and draw out the lessons from each.
• Horizon scanning – as the year closes we look forward to the most important issues that we consider trustees and employers will face in 2018 and what their significance will be.
