Competition law enforcement in the UK (London)

We are hosting our annual competition conference ‘Competition law enforcement in the UK’, on Thursday 11 October in our London office.

The event will begin at 14:00 with a key note address from Sarah Cardell, General Counsel, CMA. We will then run a series of panels throughout the afternoon looking at major trends and developments in competition law enforcement over the past year:

• Practical competition compliance risk and enforcement issues for in-house counsel
• Competition law in the online and digital world: distribution and collusion issues
• Consumer enforcement: the new frontier of CMA enforcement of consumer protection law

With a focus on compliance and managing competition law risks, the conference will be of particular interest to GCs and in-house competition and regulatory counsel.

This event is one of our Risk, Resilience and Reputation series of events. Advising on current and future risk, building resilience in difficult situations and protecting reputation.
