Higher Education: Collaborations and Investments in China - London

With 82 UK higher education institutions having established or establishing partnerships with Chinese institutions and 11,000 Chinese studying for UK higher education awards*, CMS is delighted to invite you to a seminar on UK universities doing business in China. 

Nick Beckett, Managing Partner of CMS Beijing and Global Co-Head of CMS Lifesciences Sector Group, together with colleagues from CMS Beijing office, will take you through the process of doing business in China, establishing strategic collaborations and look at corporate and contractual considerations. 

The seminar will be an interactive session with shared experiences and of interest to Management, Senior Faculty, Legal Affairs Departments, and those involved in International Business Development and Technology Transfer.
