CMS adds UK Employment partner to strengthen financial services offering

International law firm CMS is pleased to announce the appointment of partner Steven Cochrane who joins the firm's Employment team in London. Steven was previously a partner at Pinsent Masons.

Steven specialises in all aspects of employment law including complex and sensitive discrimination claims, the employment aspects of investigations and inquiries and large-scale redundancies and staff transfers. Steven has worked extensively with clients across the Financial Services sector, advising them on business critical issues such as whistleblowing, SMCR, regulation of remuneration and disciplinary issues in the context of regulatory enforcement action.
