CMS announces new Charity Partner: War Child

CMS is pleased to announce its new Charity of the Year is War Child.

War Child is working in 6 countries, each struggling to support children caught up in war and conflict. War Child is supporting the most vulnerable children and schools in those countries. Its work includes the following: Protection - creating safe spaces where children can escape from battlefields; Education - getting children back into education after conflict; Livelihoods - helping older children develop sustainable livelihoods; and Advocacy - helping children to have their voices heard and rights respected.

Penelope Warne, CMS’ Senior Partner, comments: “We have chosen a charity which reflects our strategy and the increasingly global nature of CMS. Indeed, we are hoping that all of CMS will in some way take part, get involved and help us raise desperately needed funds.”
