CMS collaborating on PhD Scholarship in legal aspects of data and digital innovation with School of Law, University of Glasgow

CMS is delighted to announce that it will be collaborating with the School of Law, University of Glasgow on a new PhD Scholarship. The PhD project will involve a unique collaboration between our TMC practice (led by Chris Watson), and the RCUK CREATe Centre, investigating copyright and digital innovation (led by Prof. Martin Kretschmer) who will jointly supervise.

The PhD project will be shaped in discussion with the successful candidate, and seeks to establish thought leadership in a cutting edge area relating to digital technology, competition and innovation. There will also be opportunities for the successful candidate to benefit from access to our extensive international network of clients and institutional contacts as part of the PhD research, including a possible internship.
