Nabarro advises BearingPoint on acquisition of LCP Consulting

Nabarro's Corporate team has advised management and technology consultancy BearingPoint on its acquisition of LCP Consulting, a leading international specialist consultancy in customer-driven supply chain management.

Founded in 1985, LCP won the top award in 2016 for “Project of the Year” from the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) – the UK’s representative body for the consulting industry. LCP’s clients include retailers, manufacturers, public sector and academic institutions, and companies involved in logistics and distribution, chemicals, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals and the automotive industry.

BearingPoint is an independent management and technology consultancy with European roots and a global reach. The company operates in three units: Consulting, Solutions and Ventures. Consulting covers the advisory business; Solutions provides the tools for successful digital transformation, regulatory technology and advanced analytics; Ventures drives the financing and development of start-ups. The Nabarro team was led by Corporate partner, Alasdair Steele, assisted by Corporate associates Richard Lee and Caroline Walker, and tax partner, Graham Muir, and associates Julia Cockroft and Dilpa Raval.
