Alexandra is a Senior Associate in the tax team. Alexandra advises on all aspects of corporate taxation, including direct taxes, VAT, stamp duty and SDLT, and advises corporate, institutional, governmental and private clients on a range of tax issues, including the tax aspects of disposals and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganisations and tax warranty and indemnity insurance, as well as acting in an advisory role in different areas of tax. She has experience of advising on a number of international transactions, working regularly with lawyers in other jurisdictions.
