Georgie is a Senior Associate in the Insurance & Reinsurance Group in the Bristol office. She specialises in claims against IFAs, accountants, schools and construction professionals, including architects, engineers, project managers and surveyors. Georgie has also acted on D&O claims and has recently acted on a high profile claim against Insurers under the Third Parties (Rights against Insurers) Act 2010, where cover has been declined under the fraud and dishonesty exclusion.
