Jeremy is a partner in the firm's Corporate team with over 25 years' experience advising on a broad range of corporate finance and equity capital markets transactions.

He advises UK and multinational public companies and their institutional advisers on IPO's, secondary issues, public takeovers (both recommended and hostile), domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances.

Jeremy has extensive public takeover experience having advised on over 30 completed takeovers. He also has particular expertise advising Listed public companies, and their Boards of Directors, in relation to regulatory investigations in respect of the release of inside information and compliance with the Listing Rules, the Disclosure Rules, the Transparency Rules and the Prospectus Rules and AIM quoted public companies in relation to compliance with the AIM Rules. In addition, he has wide investment funds experience including advising on and establishing and promoting alternative investment funds, private equity funds and property funds.

He has a wide range of domestic and cross-border M&A experience advising on acquisitions and disposals of companies and businesses in the Real Estate (including in the student accommodation and PRS sub-sectors), Construction and Infrastructure, IT and Hotels sectors and advises Warranty and Indemnity Insurance underwriters on W&I transaction reviews.
