Konrad is an Associate within the Corporate Transactions team of CMS London. He joined CMS as a trainee in 2014 and qualified as a solicitor in 2016. The primary focus of Konrad’s work relates to M&A transactions, corporate finance and corporate governance with particular focus on the Energy and Infrastructure sectors. Konrad acts for infrastructure funds, financial institutions, as well as listed companies and E&P operators in the energy industry.

Konrad has completed secondments to ConocoPhillips and Equinor where he supported the in-house legal teams.
