Laura is a Senior Associate in the IRG team in Bristol. Laura’s practice primarily focuses primarily on advising on a range of complex coverage issues, including financial advisor, professional trustee/administrator, D&O, financial institutions, title indemnity, judicial review, solicitor, professional indemnity, business interruption and latent defect policies. Recently Laura has been involved in coverage and monitoring advice on several off-shore financial advisor/trustee and administrator claims and a defending a large group action coverage dispute arising from Covid-19 business interruption losses.

Laura also has experience of acting for insurers and their insureds in defence of professional indemnity claims, including against solicitors, brokers and financial advisors and also has experience of advising on and responding to financial ombudsman complaints.
