Leilah is a Partner in our Real Estate team, specialising in energy and infrastructure projects and networks. She is head of the CMS Real Estate Energy and Infrastructure team and has extensive experience advising energy and utility companies on real estate issues associated with their land portfolio, networks and projects.  She also regularly advises on the real estate aspects of a wide variety of infrastructure and energy projects including wind farms (both on and offshore), hydro schemes, battery storage, gas peaking plants, solar farms, CCGT/OCGT plants, inertia projects, EVs, district heating networks and electricity interconnectors. Leilah has also been involved with a range of infrastructure projects for a variety of developer and funder clients, including several Energy from Waste and CHP projects.
