Margaret McLean is a partner in our Real Estate Team.

She heads up our multi-bed property team in Scotland, which focuses in providing real estate, planning, construction and tax support for hotel and student accommodation transactions.

Margaret is dual qualified in both Scottish and English law and is a highly respected specialist in the student housing sector. Based in Edinburgh, she is the client relationship partner and trusted business advisor to a number of the top players in the sector, including funds, private investors and managers.

Margaret is plauded by both clients and colleagues alike for her high quality work and client-focused, solutions-driven advice. Margaret has a wealth of experience in complex, high value investment acquisitions and disposals of investment assets. She has earned recognition for delivering clear top quality advice and peace of mind to her clients.
