Mark is an investment, development and mixed-use regeneration specialist with a particular interest in development, forward funding and so-called income strip deals across a range of sectors. Mark has been consistently recognised as a leading individual by Legal Directories for 22 years, latterly in the “Hall of Fame” and described variously over the years as being “as good as it gets” and “imperious in his advice, knowledge and experience of transactions” and in Chambers 2022 as “incredibly experienced, very affable and easy to work with. He has an ability to just move transactions forward...”
