Rachel is an Associate in the Banking Litigation department.

Rachel advises banks across the full dispute resolution process, from pre-action advice and strategy through to enforcement.  She has acted in matters with the Supreme Court, Court of Appeal and Chancery and Queens Bench Divisions of the High Court, as well as matters which have been successfully resolved using alternative dispute resolution.  Her recent experience includes claims involving “Tomlinson” allegations, fraud and alleged mis-selling.
