Rebecca is a Partner in our Property team. Her experience covers all aspects of real estate development and investment work. She acts for a range of property owners, joint ventures and offshore funds on acquisitions, sales and funding of properties across the UK and Europe dealing with development sites, industrial estates, city centre offices, retail properties and healthcare assets.

Rebecca has particular expertise in leading large-scale development and acquisition teams with follow on lettings, asset management and disposal work and has wide experience of landlord and tenant matters.

Relevant experience

  • A private equity investment fund on acquiring and funding three industrial portfolios of a combined 150 plus properties and leading on the ongoing asset management work across the portfolios.
  • A client on the major extension of a regional shopping centre to create a new, pre let food court and cinema complex.
  • A leading investor in the sector on refinancing a portfolio of over 50 healthcare facilities (including intercompany reorganization and transfers) and dealing with the investment and asset management work on a portfolio of over 200 healthcare facilities.
