Rob Gray is a partner in the Infrastructure & Project Finance Group with over 17 years of experience of advising on infrastructure projects all over the world.

The breadth of Rob’s experience in advising sponsors, lenders, contractors and procuring authorities on  projects in the transport, health, education, defence and renewable energy sectors means he provides pragmatic and practical solutions to all issues.

The new Act repeals the current regulations governing competitive tendering. It also amends the Defence Reform Act 2014, providing for changes to the rules on single source contracts (SSCs). These are intended to simplify and speed up those rules, and to incentivise suppliers to innovate and support government objectives.
