Warren is a Partner in our Corporate team. He acts for quoted and private companies and institutional clients on corporate finance matters, both domestic and cross-border. Warren also regularly advises clients on general corporate and commercial matters.

His experience includes equity capital markets work on the Official List and AIM, such as flotations and secondary fundraisings, acquisitions and disposals, takeovers (both recommended and hostile), joint ventures and private equity.

Warren is joint head of CMS's Life Sciences & Healthcare sector group.
