Hrvoje and his competition team help develop sustainable and compliant distribution networks, and are particularly strong in providing precautionary anti-trust and competition advice, including dawn-raid support.

His transactional and counselling practice covers a wide array of industries, with substantial experience in the pharma industry, hotel and leisure industry, energy and banking sectors, and other service industries. 
Hrvoje advises senior management and boards of directors of both publicly and privately held companies regarding corporate governance issues and other compliance matters.
