CMS represented GTC on the sale of “White House”

CMS Budapest has been retained to advise GTC Hungary, a leading real estate investor and developer focusing on developments in the CEE on the sale of the White House office building in Budapest, Hungary. The development of the White House project was completed by GTC in 2018.

The A-class, LEED Platinum office building on Váci Street was purchased by Warburg-HIH Invest Real Estate. The building has 22,300 sqm leased area and it is occupied with tenants such as Jaguar Land Rover, BlackRock and the Dutch co-working provider Spaces.
