Gábor Tóth is a senior counsel and member of the Commercial and Corporate/M&A practice groups at CMS Budapest. 

As a native Hungarian and German speaker, he also supports the work of the CEE German Practice. 

He joined CMS from an international law firm and held various in-house positions at a US communications and a German natural gas company. 

Gábor has significant experience in corporate and commercial matters, having advised major international companies on a broad range of legal issues including providing day-to-day advice, corporate and M&A, data privacy and dispute resolution.

In addition, he has valuable experience advising and representing clients active in the automotive, manufacturing and energy sectors.
