László is a senior associate in the real estate team at CMS Budapest, he joined CMS in 2014.

He graduated from Eötvös Loránd University, Hungary, in 2012 and in 2014 earned an LL.M. in European and International Business Law (University of Vienna).

He earned an LL.M. in Environmental Law at Eötvös Loránd University, Hungary, in 2020.

László has acquired in-depth experience in a wide range of real estate matters, including property acquisitions, development and construction projects, commercial lease agreements, including the preparation and negotiation of transactional documents. Furthermore, László has substantial experience in the field of environmental law and advises clients on environmental issues, including regarding waste management, soil and groundwater contamination matters, EPR and liability issues.

László also advises on the legal aspects of ESG regulations, guiding our clients through the intricate landscape of ESG compliance requirements.

  • A major German OEM on its waste management operations and on their General Terms and Conditions specific to waste management.
  • A major multinational waste recycling and paper products manufacturing company on a waste management framework agreement for paper waste which transaction represents the most significant waste management contract in the Hungarian market under the new single concessionaire waste management system of Hungary.
  • A multinational company which specializes in the sale and distribution of inverters on setting up of their SSC in Hungary, including the lease agreement of their new office building complex.
  • Futureal on the acquisition of an office building and on a large-scale residential project, in connection with the land acquisition and zoning matters of the project.
  • Zeus Capital on the acquisition of the Váci Corner office building in Budapest by acquiring the 100% of the shares.
  • Bluehouse on the sale of an office building in district II in Budapest and a retail building in district III in Budapest.
  • Atenor Group on the sale of several office buildings in Budapest and on the acquisition and development related to the development of a residential area in Buda.
