Nóra is an associate in the real estate team at CMS Budapest. She is an experienced legal expert in property and corporate law, who has worked on various property and corporate law transactions and on property development and construction projects, mainly in the preparation of legal due diligence reports and transaction documents.

She has also taken part in preparing and negotiating commercial lease contracts and has experience in establishing and advising numerous Hungarian companies, including several proceedings at the Land Registry and Court of Registration. 

Recently, she has also advised clients on due diligences for solar power projects and developments on agricultural land.
