This Webinar will provide an overview of the main risks encountered in supply contracts under English and German law as well as under Swiss law, which is often chosen to govern international supply contracts.

The Webinar will give an insight into the main differences between the three legal systems, both with regard to the liability under statutory law and the potential to limit liability, in particular in general terms and conditions.
