Please join us for a half-day seminar on the aftermath of GDPR.
Six months after the implementation of the most challenging EU regulation businesses have seen in years, it is time to take a step back and look at the impact it already has on the business front. Our panel of seven international CMS experts will lead you through a detailed overview of the challenges, case studies and still unanswered questions GDPR has brought to businesses operating in Europe.

We will touch upon a wide array of issues, including:

  • client experiences with data subject's requests;
  • activity by supervisory authorities in the various jurisdictions;
  • “secondary regulation”;
  • DPIAs;
  • the potential impact of Brexit;
  • security breaches and obligation to notify;
  • negotiating agreements with data processors;
  • Article 30; and
  • post-GDPR priorities

among others.

 Our session will present points of view from: France, Italy, Spain, Germany, the UK and CEE.

This free seminar will take place at the CMS office in Paris from 8:30 till 13:00 on Tuesday, November 27 and will be followed by a light lunch. The session will be held in English. As places are limited, please email Yana Karadjova at yana.karadjova@cms-cmno.com to register.
