Administrative Judicial Claim

Back to Dispute Resolution

Controversies between companies and the various entities of the Public Administration become more frequent every day. From the imposition of a specialised entity to the rejection of an offer in a public tender for a large project; in all these scenarios it becomes necessary to resolve the controversy first before specialised courts within the Public Administration, and then before the Judiciary through administrative contentious processes.

In this context, the advice of CMS Grau is comprehensive and includes the design of an efficient strategy, as well as representation at all stages of administrative procedures and of the administrative litigation process, in litigation connected to all sectors where the Public Administration is involved. The interdisciplinary nature that characterises us, allows us to provide specialised consultancy services in complex sectors such as environment, hydrocarbons, electricity, telecommunications, competency, consumer relations and public contracting.

The team is led by our partners Luis Alberto Liñán and Ramón Huapaya, who has extensive experience representing in litigation-administrative proceedings in both the private sector and Public Administration. Their professional experience is combined with an impeccable and recognised academic trajectory as professors in the most important universities in the country and abroad.

It is worth mentioning that Dr. Huapaya is a member of the Reform Committee of the Litigation-Administrative Process Law, officially appointed by the Ministry of Justice, and has been recently considered as amicus curiae in the last Supreme Jurisdictional Plenary Session in Administrative and Constitutional Litigation Matters.
