    EMIR RE­FIT: cleared to land

    Latest changes in Hun­gari­an pub­lic pro­cure­ment law for year-end
    Hun­gari­an law­makers re­cently passed an act, which amended Act CXLIII of 2015 on Pub­lic Pro­cure­ment. Most of the changes in the amend­ment law con­cern the im­ple­ment­a­tion of the elec­tron­ic pro­cure­ment sys­tem (EKR), which went in­to force on 15 April 2018.

    New Rules on Di­git­al Archiv­ing

    GDPR har­mon­isa­tion and spe­cif­ic data pro­tec­tion ob­lig­a­tions
    With the ef­fect of 26 Ju­ly 2018, the Hun­gari­an Par­lia­ment amended the former data pro­tec­tion act - Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to In­form­a­tion­al Self-De­term­in­a­tion and Free­dom of In­form­a­tion (“Info Act”) – to en­sure har­mon­isa­tion with the GDPR.
