Paolo Bonolis has been the head of the Banking and Financial Law Department since 2005.

His professional activities and experience includes advising some of the top Italian and foreign banks and financial institutions on complex financing transactions and regulatory matters. He also assists globally-active clients in the investment services, insolvency, shipping and private equity sectors.
Paolo also advise the leasing and financing divisions of some of the major automobile brands.

Paolo is a member of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors of various corporations.
