Pietro Canale joined the firm in 2019 and is a member of the Corporate/M&A department.

He provides assistance to both Italian and foreign clients in relation to M&A transactions, corporate governance and contracts.

Moreover, he gained experience in the energy sector, regularly assisting investors, project developers, and investment funds in the development and acquisition of renewable energy plants. In this context, his activity focuses primarily on corporate, contractual and regulatory aspects, due diligence activities, drafting and negotiation of project contracts, sale & purchase agreements, JV agreements and shareholders’ agreements
