Serena Carroli joined the Firm in 2007 and is part of the Corporate/M&A Department.

She provides legal assistance to national and multinational companies, and private equity funds on M&A transactions, including cross-border transactions, post-merger integrations, joint ventures, incorporation of companies and corporate restructurings.

She regularly advises clients operating in various industries also on day-by-day corporate matters such as, corporate resolutions, shareholders’ agreements, control and minority protection, directors’ and statutory auditors’ duties and liabilities.

She also has extensive experience on lifesciences and related issues, advising pharmaceutical companies and companies providing lab services, not only on extraordinary transactions and corporate governance, but also on commercial agreements and regulatory issues like those concerning production and marketing authorizations, medical devices, authorizations and accreditations with the public health system.

In addition to Italian, Serena speaks English fluently.
