The firm under his leadership has opened offices in Brazil, Russia, China, Turkiye and the Middle East. It was also a period of change and innovation introducing new processes and technologies to the business including the ground-breaking outsourcing to Integreon and relocating the firm to a new cutting edge office in London.

Penelope Warne, Senior Partner, Chair of the Board and Head of Energy, comments: “Duncan is a true innovator and has led the firm with exceptional skill over the last eight years. We are delighted that Duncan is taking on this strategically important role. He will be working closely with both Stephen Millar and myself and also with the CMS Executive Committee.”

Duncan Weston, adds: “I am passionate about CMS and its global growth potential. I am delighted to be taking on this role, working closely both with Penelope Warne and Stephen Millar as the new Managing Partner and with Cornelius Brandi and the CMS Executive Committee. It is an exciting time.”
