Past event

Energy, climate and sustainability are high on the political agenda. The government, developers, investors and power companies have far-reaching ambitions in the area of sustainability. These ambitions cannot be realized merely by sustainable building and redevelopment. Requirements must be imposed on the use of the property too, in order to achieve sustainability ambitions.

Knowledge about sustainable property and its certification, management and use is essential and continues to develop rapidly. Jones Lang LaSalle, OVG Projectontwikkeling and CMS Derks Star Busmann are pleased to contribute to this.

That is why on Thursday 27 May at 3 pm at the offices of CMS Derks Star Busmann in Amsterdam, we are jointly organizing a seminar on Sustainable Property. This seminar is part of a series of seminars on the subject of sustainability. Recently a seminar on sustainable area development was held and proved to be a great success. A seminar will also be held shortly on investment in sustainable property.

The use and management of sustainable property will be examined from a variety of angles. A multidisciplinary team of specialists in property developme, property management and landlord and tenant law will analyse the opportunities and threats and, where possible, translate these into financial benefits.
