Each year, a flood of European and national case law is released dealing with issues of tendering law. It is absolutely essential that everyone who deals with tendering law issues keeps up to date on new developments, because tendering law is largely shaped by the case law dealing with it.

The Tendering Case Law seminar will offer you just such an opportunity. During the afternoon of Tuesday, 29 March 2011, we will furnish you with an overview of the most significant and relevant tendering case law decisions of the past year.
