Appointments CMS Netherlands

At the annual meeting of 12 December 2016 Herman Boersen (1972) has been appointed junior partner of CMS Netherlands per 1 January 2017. For years, Herman Boersen has been a tax lawyer within the tax practice of CMS. He is specialized in direct taxes in cross-border situations (holding and finance structures). Herman advises on tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, refinancing and group reorganizations.

Furthermore, at the annual meeting of 12 December 2016, Herman van Aerts (1981) has been appointed as Local Partner per 1 January 2017. Herman van Aerts is an attorney within our Corporate/M&A Practice group. He is specialized in company law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, management buy-outs, partnerships and other cooperations. Herman assists large and medium-sized national and international companies, as well as private equity firms.
