20/02/2012

CMS Derks Star Busmann assisted Deutsche Kahneisen Gesellschaft mbH (DKG) from Berlin in the takeover of the shares in Norm-teq B.V. and Norm-teq Production B.V. from Hengelo.

DKG develops and produces under the brand name JORDAHL products for anchoring, reinforcement and connections that are applied on building projects.

Norm-teq is a leading developer, manufacturer and supplier of masonry supports and is known for its innovative solutions and support in the planning and technical realisation of facade projects.

With the takeover of the Dutch Norm-teq, DKG's expansion of its international position is continued. "By acquiring Norm-teq B.V., we are strengthening our position in the Netherlands.
