CMS advises Nederman Holding on the acquisition of L&G

CMS Derks Star Busmann has advised Nederman Holding AB on the acquisition of the shares in the capital of L & G Beheer N.V. of Bunschoten-Spakenburg. L & G Beheer N.V. produces and maintains industrial dust and vapour exhaust systems, as well as automotive parts. Nederman, located in Helsingborg, Sweden, is the world leader in industrial air filtration and also operates in the field of resource management. The transaction was completed on the 5th of January 2012.

Nederman's CEO Sven Kristensson says that he considers this acquisition to be a significant reinforcement of Nederman, and expects, partially because of the long-term collaboration with L & G Beheer N.V. covering several decades, that it will be possible to create swift synergies (see press release Nederman, www.nederman.se).

The CMS deal team consisted of the lawyers Christian Delgado (corporate, lead) and Suzanne Reintjes, as well as Martijn van der Bie and Pauline Toet. Also involved were Aysegül Avci, Katja van Kranenburg (both employment law) and Paulus van den Bos (pension). In Sweden, the transaction was directed on behalf of Nederman by Moll Wendén Advokatbyrå (Mikael Karlsson, Lovisa Elardt). Vinge (Jonas Johansson) acted on behalf of the selling shareholders.
