CMS advises PMCS.helpLine with the acquisition of MCH+

CMS Derks Star Busmann advised the PMCS.helpLine Software Group with the acquisition of shares in Mobile Communications in Home care (MCH+) B.V. of Leiden. The transaction was concluded at the end of January 2012.

MCH+ provides cloud solutions with agenda and control functions for ambulant personnel in the healthcare sector. PMCS group is a leading provider of innovative solutions in the fields of storage, system and safety management. The group is one of Europe's leading organisations in the field of service management software and has offices in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The helpLine software is has already been on the market for 16 years and is used by more than 500 companies in various sectors to support and computerise their internal and external services.

Dirk K. Martin, Managing Partner van PMCS, considers MCH+ to be a perfect match with the vision of PMCS on enterprise service planning: sustainable standard software for all aspects of the service.

The CMS team comprised Christian Delgado (corporate, lead), Martijn van der Bie (notary), Irthe Goudriaan (corporate) and Pauline Toet (candidate notary), as well as Roman Tarlavski as responsible partner. Stephanie Dekker, Barbara Veldmaat, Fleur van Assendelft de Coningh, Simon Sanders and Bertine Mouthaan were involved in the due diligence.
