CMS advises PingProperties on the development and operation of Tulip Inn Amsterdam Airport Schiphol

CMS advised PingProperties on several agreements executed with Louvre Hotels Group for the development and operation of the Tulip Inn Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.

The hotel will have 143 rooms, spread over five floors and will be designed and furnished in accordance with the interior concept of "the green oasis at Schiphol". The hotel will be awarded a "Green Key" label, an international quality mark for sustainable businesses in the tourism and recreation sector. The opening of Tulip Inn Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is scheduled for the autumn of 2016.

PingProperties is an investment management company that uses market knowledge and financial engineering to structure real estate funds in which international strategic investment partners participate.

Louvre Hotel Group is originally a French company and was acquired by Shanghai Jin Jiang International Hotels (Group) last year. Louvre Hotel Group has more than 3,000 hotels in 52 different countries.

The CMS team was headed by Roman Tarlavski and further comprised Arnout Scholten and Abbas Ali Hyder.
